I was on a flight from Vienna to Zurich and Swiss killed my Rimowa Trolley
I really liked my trolley, it was a good friend on so many travels like everybody can see on it’s wheels but now it is totally broken from the left to the right side. It needs to be replaced but even not Lufthansa or Swiss is reacting on my Emails from August. I can really annoyed by such way how customers are treated. Hope soon to get some replacement. It’s not that funny to have not the right size available when you need it.
